Syntegon manufactures aseptic thermoforming packaging machines for dairy products, desserts, baby meals and other products. The packaging machines are aseptic systems, ideal for sterile products, and comply with FDA and VDMA hygiene standards.
Syntegon TFA models reach outputs of up to 130,000 cups/h, depending on cutting and filling patterns, and work with 5 mL to 250 mL cups with heights between 30 mm and 120 mm.
We also have the TFC models for “Clean” and “Ultraclean” packaging that feature lid applicators, and work with 15 mL to 250 mL cups, and outputs of up to 25,000 cups/h.

Medium Performance
Syntegon filling and stopper insertion combined machines for packaging viscous and homogeneous food like diary, creams, sauces, etc. These machines are executed in lineal or rotary versions with possibilities of CIP or SIP cleaning.
Syntegon FLK lineal intermittent filler features a volumetric filling system with multiple filling pumps (4 to 12) for dosages of 50 mL to 1,000 mL (4,000 mL special version), and outputs of 150 bottles/min.
For higher outputs, we offer the FRK rotary model, which, featuring up to 24 pumps, can yield 400 bottles/min with its 24 pumps.

On the other hand, we have two stopper insertion machine versions, the VLM with outputs of 60 bottles/min, and the rotary VRM with up to 400 bottles/min. Stopper and closure types: pressure closure, screw stopper and dispensing closure. The maximum performance rate for these is 200 bottles/min.

Besides Hema Volfill volumetric and gravimetric filling solutions that boats outputs between 3,000 and 50,000 cans/h, Hema offers the Hema Canfill models. These volumetric filling machines can fill and seal products at outputs of 1,800 and 30,000 cans/h, with container maximum dimensions of 140 x 100 mm, diameters of up to 100 mm and volumes of 5,180 cc.

Berning manufactures various systems for sleeve and wraparound applications of labels on products.
Outputs for this kind of labelling process range from 80 to 600 cycles/min, working with container diameters of 10 mm to 210 mm, and container lengths of 8 mm to 370 mm.
They also provide Tamper Evident solutions for pharmaceutical containers.

Stand-alone or integrated machines into packaging lines for aligning, separating and feeding flat products such as envelopes, leaflets, promotion fliers, etc.
